Business consulting projects with client varied across a domain but good learning and very supportive managers in consulting. Projects were completely owned by the consultants which provided confidence.

Team mates will be chilling and i will be forced to work more than 12 hrs a day and asked to give them same KT for every week. I started to hate the life at CTS and I started to resignation process only to find that my notice period will be extended to 120 days as my team mates sucks. It's the worst, literally the worst management you can see in the IT world, they will mostly hire freshers who doesn't have knowledge About Computers and will move them into projects without proper coaching which will give burdens to all. The most painful moment in my entire CTS life is, I have to give a KT to one of co-workers how to copy and paste the file in early morning 3.00 am. Literally said to use press ctrl + c and ctrl+v, and he didn't understand anything and i gave a video sharing session regarding it If you want to have peaceful life and career movement don't choose Cognizant. Org is quiet big. Your work would not be noticed soon. Bad hike is another disadvantage followed by the headlines of employees being laid-off. Work force is huge so chances are less that you or your project is at Target but if it is then you are next in the queue to get fired. So job security can be a challenge at times
