Too many things to dislike. Zero transperancy in their hiring. Nodal point transport which can be anywhere from 2-5 km radius. 10 hrs shifts and with cab travel, it's 14 hrs shift. Rapid hire and fire company. You get no compensation and have 30 days to find a new job.

It's MNC so work load is not much and you get nice architecture office and locality

They lay off when they don't have projects. They are over hired and less projects left with them.. you won't feel the pain but they will somehow kick you out if they don't need you... they might give you salary for 2 or 3 months to keep the mouth shut but they will lay off you silently

Few members of the global large deals team are worse. Priya raghav and Ashwini rathore doesn't know how to talk to people. Ashwini even talked about my family very rudely. I would suggest don't join cognizant. Even if you join, don't join the global large deals team. Your life will be miserable.

It is like any other top MNC culture wise but the management is chaotic especially in the project i am working. There are too many people following up on work and too less people handling the work

Work culture is not good at all all, full of toxicity and politics. I was a fresher and my first experience is not good. I would never refer someone to work here atleast not a fresher.

Well it's a very good place to loose your mind and and peace. With the best 10 hours work culture and no benefits. And the best thing is the ratings they give depends on their personal choice and mood and the best part is once the rating is given it cannot be disputed. And unexpected promotions which will be given to others. Eg if A works hard B will get the promotion. Based on favouritism.

Cognizant bench policy is bad, they give less days to get yourself into a project. Also salary hike is low.
