Working At Codestrela has brought perfect work life balance along with very friendly and encouraging culture at workplace. Seniors are very helpful and have great work experience. Starting Salary is less as compared to other companies but every 3 months salary appraisal as per the efficiency and performance in first year of joining compensate it completely. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
