This is managers company. Job security is zero. Culture is zero. Not all leaders are bad. But some are still manager they never turned themselves in leaders.

This is a German company. Work culture is a toxic work culture. Think of Hitler, that's how this company treats its Indian employees.

Dislikes

Racist culture. Female are used to please the German leadership, So POSH is of not significance. Individuals are given 3rd grade citizen treatment. Older employees in this setup do not let newer employees survive. This company just hires and fires. And when you resign, the employees Laptop is taken in the starting of the last month.

All employees are treated as a family member of G&D. It's the best thing ever. Lot of trainings from experts to learn and grow more. There are many parties organized by this company which are free of cost, company pays the whole amount of the parties. Everyone is very frank in nature, you will never feel like alone. Once in a year they organize a 3-4 days trip which is like going to Shimla, Manali. It's a lot of fun....Read More

There is nothing to dislike. Everything is awesome in G&D. There work culture is good. Everyone is supporting you towards your career growth and your learnings also increase.
