I am fine to work with codemantra the best learning place, the very good persons available in the HR team very kind persons, every situation they help with employees.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

1. The management was not strong to step out the new technology. 2. There is no technological guidance. 3. There is no quality measuring tool. 4. Salary was very low. 5. Not identify the talent.

Company culture - Bad

Work Details

Very nice and good experience at codemantra, this is my first company I'm not working any other company's but once you worked at codemantra you will work every where.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
