This company is just like a IT Staffing agency, they hire people based on projects. If the project contract expires there is no job for you. For the experienced joining CMS will be a disaster, here is no job security, sometimes the talent accusation team makes false commitments to ensure your joining for their clients. May be good for the fresher's, as per my best knowledge they pays very less to them....Read More

Talent accusation team is not transparent, job profile gets changed when you land to client side. If you chase then, they will say that's all we have for you as of now, till the time you have already resigned from your previous organization. Though they have some learning & development module, but if you wish to learn new things while you are not working or its not your job related as per the project they have hired you, they don't encourage that all. Practically you will not able to develop your career here at all. Regional management/ HR team is just on paper at CMS, you will not get any answers of your quireis unless it's responded from HO....Read More

This is a company where you can only learn corporate politics if you were never been to political field .Apart of this I would give zero if it could be in rating list.So not a single reason to mention here
