Management only support few senior engineers, they won't take care about GET AND NEW ENGINEERS WE MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT ONE SENIOR WHO Torturing THE 48 ENGINEERS BECAUSE OF THIS GUYS ONE ENGINEER Died EVEN WE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS ALSO THEY ARE NOT TAKING ACTION ABOUT THAT GUY.

Very very Bad management in Chennai, if company wants grow their business, first they need to change high level management in Chennai. There will be more comparison between Telugu vs Tamil in Chennai office very very worst management if you told to HR also no use.

Lucky to have a Good Manager. We get 15 days leave twice a year.

Work pressure is too high due to lack of employees. There is no replacement for the people who leave the company. They hire college student as replacement for people who have left with 4 + years of experience.

I hate the work culture in Sify. The AVP Rajasekharam, who is not an ethical person. He expects female employees to respond to his inappropriate comments and if anyone refuses or ask him to stop he will start targeting them with work load which is not part of the regular BAU. He doesn’t want people to speak up for his wrongdoings and he will target on their weaknesses and control them. Mr Julian Shawn De Monte(OPS MANAGER) supports and agrees with him in everything AVP says. HR representatives Priyanka and Mayuri supports him and follows his instructions without a question. Can be very helpful in learning new skills and personal career development. Complete corporate Medical insurance. My managers and team are excellent. Got to feel lucky for that.

Worst work life balance, as they will ask everything in urgent. No salary hikes, even promotions are very rare and no use of it though, because no hikes will there. They say company is not doing good, but will invest huge amount in infrastructure and other things. Even freshers are getting more salary than 6+ years experienced here.

Job security is depend on your manager. Even if your performance is good but if your relation is not good with manager then he will fire you within probation period. I was working with Sify one year and my manager was Sudipa Dey, very embarassed and bad person with his behaviour. He gives pressure to the employee always without any reason. He does not have any IT knowledge and he try to learn the people IT things😆. He has only knowledge about DG.😂 That's it. He never help to the employees at any cost. Even if you are working smartly, he will not give the good feedback to the higher management. This is very wrong. If you will go for the leave, he will argue with you always but he does not come to the office (client side). Within a month 7-8 days comes to the office. Sify needs to check properly. If you are puppet then you are good, if you are smart then he will complain for you. He does backbiting always with some employees for others employees. Means he wants the whole team divided by two teams. Overall he is very very bad person. Really, I wants to give more and more abuse to that ridiculous person. Don't work under that useless fellow.
