Dislikes

Over politics and favouritism. Promotion and appraisal doesn't happens on marit basis but on basis of flattering. Don't provide laptops they have lack of laptop in the company. Behaviour of peoples are not respectful. Salary is the one good thing but they always makes mistakes in that too, especially in NSA.

Work life balance was good and in terms of work, the pressure is little to none in my case.

Room for growth is little to none. Long term growth is very much dependent upon how you act instead of how you perform which is disappointing.

Overall CMA CGM is a good company with good process. As a KPO company they stands on a top 5 of shipping industry. Good employee benefits with night shift allowance, Sodexo, Yearly Bonus and Hikes.

Dislikes

The management is very bad. Especially with Cost Control team in GBSI. There are conflict between managers itself which affects the employee work-life balance. Improper training provided for new joiners (Include Experience resources or New Resource) An immatured managers who will always shout in floor. Corporate Politics, constant inferiority feeling, promoting only friends and not the ones who are capable and deserving. Non sense HR policy. HR is under control of Managers. HR can't handle anything on their own independently. No buy-out in notice periods. There's nothing right with this company.
