Company environment is good, all the temamates are supportive and good platform to upgarde your skills for the beginners. Company policies are good. The management is very supportive in employee relations and development.

Dislikes

The growth of the company is drastic in very short period of the 4 years, but they didn't have the HR policies till yet like PF, ESI etc.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting and there is alot to learn, means they allow the employees to learn and work in all the departments of company like sales, digital marketing, even we become the Trainer as well.
