Company is run by unethical people. Company tortures you once you resign. Your salary go on hold, and you get humiliated every day and post exit also there is no surity when you will get your hold salary. Tremendous pressure. Worst company ever seen.

Worst company ever seen. The worst experience started from the very first day of joining. Worst joining day experience, HR executive was so unprofessional, she doesn't even know what are the policies and procedures. She was not at all trained and full of attitude. For the name of induction i was only shown how to use HR portal. Then this worst experience continues...management was so rude and bossy specially the COO of the company. I had query regarding investment declaration so put it across to the account department but after many months also didn't get clarification even after multiple follow-ups. Only liking about this company is work remotely but management is dictator so u never know when the "Farmaan" will be passed to discontinue it.

Oh god! List of disliking is so long. Company culture is suffocating,after joining u feel helpless. Bossy and dictator senior management. In management there are 2 people,Husband and wife so its more of family run business. Management's only and only motto is to earn profit through employees, so they expect you to work for long hours, they don't say it directly but the amount of work and pressure they put,u have no choice but to work for minimum 12-13 hrs a day,mostly on weekends also.No fix salary date. Even I agree most of 4 and 5 star ratings are not genuine,its posted by company to attract new joinees.No job security. Very few clients, HR is puppet of management. No policies, U will have to struggle for even getting a salary slip. If ur salary is deducted by account dept. Mistake then also u will have to struggle a Looooooooot to get it back.Anytime your technology can be changed without knowing ur willingness. Dont trust the fake promises given by recruiters, if u decide to join then make sure these promises are written on the paper because management flips. No work life balance. Unfriendly,insensitive,rude,Dictator management. Recommend not to join. They say that work hours are flexible but its a trick to trap new joinees, login logout time is decided by your manager, which u come to know afer joining.

It was a great journey with Clixlogix.Though I have left Clixlogix in June, still I feel fortunate enough that I had been work there and learnt a lot of things interns of professionalism, team management and project delivery timelines. Great experience.

Worst decision of my life. Regreted my decision every moment of joining this company. When u enter, at that moment you realize how pathetic is the work culture here,the promises made during interview was fake, management is also pathetic, employees get humiliated everyday. So much pressure. So much micromanagement. Its better to be jobless than joining this company.

Completely unprofessional company. While selection process they show a glory but fake picture of d company. Senior Delivery manager is so busy in posting personal videos on social media and has no time to support team members. Seniors represent compny image but first time i have seen that sr. Delivery manager is so busy in making irritating reels with his wife and posting it all d time on social media, and then put all d blame of project mistakes to juniors. Colleagues and Senior managers are very cooperative in helping us if we get stuck somewhere. At the same time, there is no micro-managing of things as the roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and followed.
