Sometimes information transfer as per client's demand is not shared properly. For this my manager agreed to share meeting minutes with the associates. I joined Clixlogix during the pandemic time and share less interaction with other departments. Therefore, I wish there should be more communication sessions to gel up more with other teams.

- You get to upscale your communication skills and the art of listening and talking with the help of 1-1 discussions with the higher management and clientele. - The team leaders of the development team are very helpful and support junior devs - Helpful, open, and accessible to the top management. - Flexibility about in and out time.

Dislikes

- The team is growing faster and the interaction sessions with the team members need improvisation, that's a big challenge in the WFH scenario. - The digital ways to highlight the collective organizational portfolio are missing. I feel this will also get sorted in the coming time.

Dislikes

- I feel there should be more team bonding activities in the present work from home scenario to make people feel stress-free - Also will like to see discover more employee benefits like food coupons, joining goodies besides the system getting delivered at our place. Though we get marriage leaves, COVID leaves, and compensatory holidays there should be provision for maternity leaves.
