Every day has been a learning experience, I started off as an Android Developer, in an years time I became a react engineer and now I am working on IoT projects. Beyond this the management stresses everyone to take lead when it comes to deliverables. This can get a little tough for some to adjust to, but personally for me it has been a great journey so far.

I wish there was more transparency in how rating is given to each engineer. They also need to workout a better way to choosing managers and some of them are a too political in day to day work.
