There is no job security. The director is not a decision maker. The senior project manager is useless. The company does not have any policy you will be terminated at any moment... Think before you join.

Dislikes

Std policy of politics. The director can't take decisions. The senior project manager is nothing for use. But management is tolerating senior project manager. There is no job security.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
