Dislikes

The company employs a hands-on management style, closely monitoring employee performance. While this promotes accountability, it can create a high-pressure environment. Currently, there’s no investment in marketing the ClicFlyer app, leading to low brand recognition and insufficient lead generation. This hampers the sales team's ability to close deals, increasing job insecurity.
