My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There are no likes. Worst MD who talks nice initially and make the work place really worst and toxic. Would rate in negative if possible but there’s not such option

Won’t give salary for the work and time you have spent. He literally cheated without paying my salary for one month that I worked. He tries to rule you and treat you as a slave
