Overall, colleagues, team management, It services and everything is good.... Working environment and culture is also good. Managers and teammates are friendly and supportive.

Career growth is slow.

I struggled a bit in the beginning but eventually got used to the work and people are super supportive. I got a chance to get taste of different roles in same team and work is manageable.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
