The worse company to be in, let me walk through my journy, I joined as a claims specialist in one of the hopital where they have been on contract, during 2 years none I managed to keep the escallation 0 yet I got 10% hike, if someone leaves no one hire's the replacement, HR is just a person who works in HR and doest even know how the PF office or portals work, once you submit your resignation the will not pick you phone right from your manager to HR to the CEO of company, they will not state away deine to give you compoff, I mean I can write a book why one should not work in claimtherapist, In short if you are not working in there HO you are nothing to them except a servant not employee but servant....Read More
