PM and lead never care about employee. Bad behavior to newly joined one . When I put resignation as I am not having career growth , they behaved very bad. use harsh word . Never go there with the review seen in the internet.

Working here as a Software Quality Engineer for the past few years, I am happy to say my team has helped make my job enjoyable. Citrus management encourages feedback which helped me improve my technical and leadership skills. I have received very good guidance from managers that helped me handle challenging projects. As same as the mangers will gives promotion and salary for their needed peoples only. At the time joining will tell about hike in every six month but will not get as expected .So please ask a good hike at the time of joining and don't go for the word of HR regarding 6 months hike.
