First of all Hiring was done as inbound process but both inbound and outbound were done . Management is very bad . There is no job security in this company which can be kicked out by the management at any time . In this company, the management's mistakes do not mean they are wrong, only the agents' mistakes are wrong . Some managers and some CCU leads use it very poorly and very badly. No matter how well you do, at the end of the year, if you are not a familiar face, you will give a very bad grade, which results in a very bad and low salary increase . Only salary comes timely on 7th of every month.

The management system is too bad & There is no job security. They have got out the employees without any valid reason along with no proof. They have sacked me from my job saying the agents says I have behaviour issue where the agents says another, they don't have any problem with me. The management system is too bad & not co-operative at all. I am suggesting no for the company.
