First of all Hiring was done as inbound process but both inbound and outbound were done . Management is very bad . There is no job security in this company which can be kicked out by the management at any time . In this company, the management's mistakes do not mean they are wrong, only the agents' mistakes are wrong . Some managers and some CCU leads use it very poorly and very badly. No matter how well you do, at the end of the year, if you are not a familiar face, you will give a very bad grade, which results in a very bad and low salary increase . Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
