Work Culture , Politics , pathetic WLB , most of the employees are brought in from the service based companies , like WITCH , LTI etc , and they do bring their culture in to CITI , the toxic way of commanding , speaking , and doing 1 showing 10 , etc. Try to avoid this org in all possible means.
