Company is good when I join the Citi at that time everything is good but now there are changes alot like. Now we are getting less salary

One thing I don't like is before we have option if any public holiday you have benifit to work if you want .if you work on that day then you will get dubbel pay but now we didn't get that option.

No opportunities for learning or Upskilling. No perks apart from company cab.

Organizational culture. People are sitting for 17-20 years and have completely spoiled the environment. Too much politics across maximum teams I came across and interacted. More than work 90% of time goes in office politics. HR is good for nothing.

Citi bank brand is very good in the market , and the culture inside the bank is amazing

People like me is working under third party visa and wants to under direct payroll of Citi bank but there is no much opportunities like that .. this one is making me disappointing

First job at Citibank is the best I had ever got, love for Citi never ends . Citi bank had treated their employees as high as they treat their customers. Axis bank had been takenover not interested as much as Citi. #theloveforciti

Nothing like we don't like about Citi bank. Axis is what we wont prefer to work with compared to citi

Citi bank has been charged his policy all the temporary employee fired. I was also one of them. He had also terminated my contract.

Citi managers treat employees like servants no work life balance, no scope fo growth and they make you feel your good for nothing and indirectly make you feel to leave organisation.

uncultural,political ,too many ppl to fight * Liquor party organized every weekend and forcefully take u * Some staff go to other banks take their data and other staffs and come back * Girls r extremely unsecure - they would molst someones wives by forcefully taking them in liquor parties * Managers run their own businesses too andpromote it while working in citi * Almost everything happens here that is uncultured and not a suitable place to work at all * Just dont go there * After u exit from Citi they would give fake negative reviews about you everywhere because they r jealous of you *its a gangg...Read More
