The culture of the company is amazing and the payscale is better than industry standards with hybrid work culture

From past few years they have started cost cutting, so no celebration and office party

only the salary that they offer you while hiring thats it

everything else. They do not give you entire job description. they lie to you about working hours and holidays and not much scope for training for new joinees.

Likes

The only thing I like about Citi is Salary. Citi pays you very well but some point of time this won't matter to you because, your stress level will be so high that you will search for peace in your life.

Dislikes

Citi will make you work for more than 13 hrs. They don't care about your health and will make you work untill they are satisfied. There is no work-life balance. Their prority is always work and not tour health.

Likes

...ployee centric company and thinks about employees welfare and work-life balance. Compensation is also on Par with other organisations. Citi is currently growing in terms of people and process so there are more growth opportunities.

Dislikes

Managers needs to be trained in handling people. Being in Ops I felt some managers are not having good product knowledge but they are still managing the process and people. Management should seek expertise in existing employees and promote them rather than hiring a lateral from outside. Management should also consider bringing the paystub of employees on par with other employees who are having same experience.

Likes

Citi is a stingy company where experience matters more than knowledge. They'll have people with a lot of experience sitting as AVP and VP judging candidates who do more than them at any given day. The culture is not right.

Dislikes

...analytics heads and bad tech resources. Analytics division has a flawed culture. Minimal hike and bad bonus.
