My working experience as a Duty medical officer at citi neuro center was very enriching and rewarding. I had the opportunity to learn from the best neurologists and neurosurgeons in the field, and to handle challenging cases with confidence and skill. I was responsible for managing the emergency department, admitting and dischargingpatients, conducting neurological examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and performing minor procedures. I also participated in regular rounds, conferences, and workshops to update my knowledge and skills. I enjoyed working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals who were supportive and collaborative. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
