Nothing much. Full of Politics. People sitting at senior position taking undue advantage of their position.

Dislikes

Politics, work overload, abhusive work culture and Aman Kaur coding dept. head is not at all deserve that position and its just that her husband friends were working at higher position, so they considered her for this role

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
