I will give an extensive review about this company. This company is a child company of cisen china where chinese people had chalked out a plan to hire cheap labour in india and execute very basic project. not to my surprise the entire injectable department closed down due to unavailability of skilled candidates and incapability of handling of a single complex project.to be very honest only 20 percent of R&D work happens there because there is no scale up plant or facility available.plenty of unethical and troublesome auditable activities also occurs which are promoted by the management and director itself.Being a scientist you will feel ashamed to carry out such activities which can only happen in companies like this. I would have given Zero Stars or Minus star if possible ! Worst company headed by a lunatic director who expects all employee to be in his leash. No liking expect few colleagues and pretty basic R&D setup

Culture is worst, policies changes overnight without any prior intimation. No HOD in any dept. hence the team is headed by rookies like Principal Scientist and few scientists from Big MNCs. Everything was dislike factors over there. Job securitywise nil. No benefits. No transportation. No canteen facility, even every month salary also getting late. Hectic situations. Completely worst, hectic, every day feared about loosing the job only bcz management. They even don't know the meaning of retention. They only forcefully kick out the employees for silly reasons. After resigntion also you will never get your FnF.
