Job is not safe here... director is too aged and taking nonsense decision. If he feel you are enjoying your work, then that day is your last working day. So many peoples got one day termination, just for management sake.

Everything was dislike factors over there. Job securitywise nil. No benefits. No transportation. No canteen facility, even every month salary also getting late. Hectic situations. Govt of Goa has to be take care of this company. They are almost all things are against to the law. Who is so called leaders there, they even destiny know the basic labour law. Everyone counting their days there.
