There is absolutely nothing to like-no learning, no work-life balance, no appreciation, delayed salaries, and unpaid dues if you leave. Avoid this place!

Not a Great Place to Work or Grow Professionally Working here has been a challenging experience. Unfortunately, there’s little to no opportunity to learn or grow. Decisions are entirely controlled by one individual, leaving no room for collaboration or innovation. Work-life balance is non-existent; employees are often required to work late into the night, even after completing a full day's work. The management fosters a culture where employees are made to feel inadequate and unappreciated, despite efforts and contributions. Salary practices are another concern. While the work month is counted from the 1st to the 30th, salaries are delayed until the 14th of the following month. Worse, if you leave after completing a full month of work, you might not even receive the salary owed to you for that month. The only positive takeaway from this experience was learning how not to manage a team or run a startup.
