Most baddest thing is these HRs don't know whome to put in which department, no jobs are based on qualification, simply they want manpower, for qualified people they will treat like workers, People's mentality, manager 😑, we have to beg infront of them to ask for leaves, Non GMP activities, no one is ready for innovation they just want to run plant in same existing facilities, no proper training for juniors, directly they will put in shifts and assign work....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
