Cipla is one of the best company. I'm working here over last 6 year, your every Good work Is going to recognize.

Everything depends on management here, if there would be good leader then you are going to learn lots of skills and you enjoy your work. Past few month I'm very disappointed with my new management. Some bad management people join Cipla and people started leaving Cipla, like my boss left Cipla due to poor management. I'm very disappointed with my new management, with their bad behavior.

Dislikes

Managers are bias in culture, company environment will degrade the company over the period. They make a list, call and tell them to resign from the post. This is very much breaks to employee in their life. Working hours are 10 o 12 hours because of more documentation and their compliances.

THE LEADERS WHO ARE COMING FROM OUTSIDE CIPLA FOR JUST HIKE IN SALARY AND SPOIL ENTIRE CIPLA CULTURE AND VALUES . EVEN CIPLA HR WILL HELP PEOPLE IN ONLY SALARY ISSUE NOTHING ELSE REST ALL WILL TAKE OF LEADERS IF ANYONE WANT TO SPEAK REGARDING SOME UNETHICAL THINGS GOING ON IN CIPLA . LEADER WILL PUT HIM ON PIP OR ELSE HE NEED TO CONTINUE DOING UNETHICAL PROCESS TO SURVIVE IN CIPLA.

Cipla is adjustment based Company , Only focus on Primary billing . In any how you have to achieve your target. Also for there benefits,upper management give a huge target without any pre planned strategy.

If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. but in kashmir it's a franchise house and doctors are not satisfied because in kashmir we don't have provide doctors any facilities as well as Conferences happen, they know everything, there is no benefit in telling them, if something is told to them, it will not happen, that is why they give opportunities to other companies, that is why Cipla is not growing here

Company is good but some managers Are politics in Rating.not given proper ratings in cipla plant.lots of politics in ratings near people given very good ratings and above other state person given very bad Rating in QA department.

My company has good environment for new comers or fresher, which in a good salary package and also only 24 days working in a month so overall good for everyone

Night shift , and on festival day we have to working so I think it is some negative think in our company.

Horrible place to work specially the General Counsel there will torture you so much that you will eventually have to see a docter,He shouts and treat you like a bonded labour. I will never suggest anyone to join specially their legal team. If you are considering cipla, never ever work in their legal team, you will repent later, never ever join cipla.
