Cignex Datamatics Technologies Limited is very good company in career growth, learning, work environment [really awesome], training and innovation.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

When I was working, job security was not there that's what I felt. Work-life balance also you can't expect more. There are high chances that for project delivery, you need to work day and night. That's what happened with me. That depends on project to project. Salary appraisal was not good for me. But when I talked with HR, they have increased for me.

Work Details

Work was highly exciting and I learned lot from Cignex Datamatics Technologies Limited. Overall it's a very good company specially people who want to settle in Ahmedabad. Current situation I am not aware of. I have left Cignex 1 year before.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
