Umm, I can say I am working with the onshore team and I never faced any backlashes if I am doing something wrong, That's one advantage I can say.

Dislikes

Dislike there is a lot of company politics going on. I wasn't given any hike even after performing and giving deliverables within time. The worst company in the case of management. The onshore team was quite happy with my performance but the management, it's worse not giving any hike even after asking hike, if you are someone who only focuses on work and all they will not give a shit about you, they will just see how many times you come to office and how many times you come when the leadership team comes.
