Not much the last year I was there was a joke constant jobs and no appreciation.

Dislikes

Rubbish pay, no appreciation, no chance to expand your career lack of courses, wanted me to carry out work when I wasn’t certified, no initiative to give back no heating in the building for 5 years and still expected to work in it in the middle of winter, all that was ever said was “it’s nearly summer”

Work Details

Extreamly boring, get no thanks for going over and above to get jobs finished, provided no facilities to make your work day better, expected to work with broken machinery because management wouldn’t get it fixed as it would eat into bonuses.

I learned commitment, modern technology, seriousness in work, specialization, organizing time, how to follow up with the clients, and how to be successful in the management using the available human resources.

Dislikes

I don't remember exactly coz management was sufficiently organized.
