Likes

The most important thing here is we get lots of scope to innovate, experiment and learn. The job security is very high. Company culture is excellent. Founders are very approachable. Working hours are flexible.

Dislikes

At times work pressure increases but it is part and parcel of every job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
