There is no opportunity to develop skills.only benefits is job security.carrier growth is zero.salary ,appraisal and promotion is very worst.If employee works for manager personal ,they are getting all benefits.only some of the management staffs like(Mrs Subasri) is getting all the benefits of the company and she is not desired forjob profile and works for namesake.Even she can't able to handle the staffs at right way and doesn't have capability to work in accounts department,can't able to handle any team.The company is professional to work,due to some the staffs(Mrs Subasri) ,employee are getting irritate....Read More
