Office Politics is at Highest level, because of some Old employees, culture becomes Toxic , There only motive that how employees forced to quit there Jobs There is no fixed time for the office, nothing closes, the office is open even on Sundays, work from 6 am to 8 pm, have meetings from 8 pm to 10 pm, then start meeting from 5 am Apart from this, work is also done in the office on 15 August and 26 January. Company compensation is good and appraisal are excellent. You get freedom to do whatever you want to until you are justifying the companies interest.

Just some people don't know how to collaborate with people, they are just interested in playing dirty politics to show Management how better are they from other people. Senior people get easily influenced by others and make their opinion about sincere peoples.
