There is no liking this organisation, No value for Hard working employee. Huge politics Working day and night really pathetic. If you someone wants join this organisation in HL vertical please take market feedback and join. Bangalore Market is worst in this organisation.

Work culture, Team Management, They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

Nothing for like , they have not vision for their work . No employee value , daily 4 hours conference call without any conclusion.

Worst manegement and HR department ,dirty office environment . Senior have no manners, no value for skills and talent. 365 days working, mi day , collection day , disbursement day , and morning 7 am conference call are foolish.

The BSM, ASM etc are very helpful and very linean.. Company is too good

Partiality from TL, skimming of money from down payment of customers around 20,000, jealousy, lack of helping hand from SFE to SFE, and giving false information about SFE to the sales of the dealer that happens only at Banalari Shillong.

Work environment worst , full pressure to sell other products if your background is from loan and they will pressurise you to do collection and sell motor insurance, concall from higher level is very terrible 5-6 con call in a day , bosses doesn't support junior level employees always pressurise them no job time they will tell you should work from 9 am in the morning and no time till night . Once you join this company you come to know how hell mentioned in mythology. You can fire at any day. Company work without culture. The grocery market is village is more organized. There are lot more to say but I don't do back bitching, still truth is truth.

They will ask you to work even on Sunday and no government holidays and you will work more thaan 12 hrs a day ,Even we have to beg for sick leave and emergency purpose, Freshers please be aware don't even enter into this toxic work culture, it will damage both of your physical and mental health

It should improve employee welfare calture no weekly off no leave, if on leave have to attend con call . Worst culture of any time con call. Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only .
