It is a good company once I was employee of this company my id was V9533. Work atmosphere as well as superior support to resolve the problem much faster, lead generation is easy as it's infrastructure as well as market reputation good. Salary structure and training is technology based.

I am a Credit Officer working in a NBFC Company since last 5 years. In the last 5 years of my period I have gathered lots of experience in the field of Finance. But the biggest concern is though I gathered a lot of experience my CTC is 3.0 LPA. Though I got the opportunity to swap my company. I am confused about what I do. Please advise?
