I am always like chola

What I don't like about Chola is that if they don't do motor insurance, they will get fired. He also failed to give promotion to the employees who have worked for many years in our Chola. Again, he failed to increase the salary. Some managers use bad words.

In clear words, sales pressure is not much and also managers are not helps to promote executive work, they not help you any ways for growth in business they only ask for Sales. No leads, no joint visit, no help in any ways. In collection, there is big drawback of every week charges/penalty collection day of target- 30000/- each CFE executive. They don't know how you achieve the 30000/- target, They sit in office and order CFE to go and anyhow collect penalty from customers. There is minimum numbers of customers in every branch not more than 650 active customers till now data. Chola is similar SHRIRAM city union finance. Very much default customer taking vehicle loans from here. Company staff always de-motivate their field executive do he will not able to switch any other company for his future growth. Managers in meeting point out each executive that he is not useful to company and if you not able to work here, so how other company will take you in their company. This is how they will not let any executive to move any other company. Also not give promotion to executive. Only they increase salary by 500-1300 yearly only after they get to know, you think yo switch other company....Read More
