Unable to get work from right person from right department, our seniors only focusing on collection and they are unable to focus on legal work, I am appointed as legal operations but doing nothing in legal operations only collecting money like collection teams

Just some people don't know how to collaborate with people, they are just interested in playing dirty politics to show Management how better are they from other people. Senior people get easily influenced by others and make their opinion about sincere peoples.

They will ask you to work even on Sunday and no government holidays and you will work more thaan 12 hrs a day ,Even we have to beg for sick leave and emergency purpose, Freshers please be aware don't even enter into this toxic work culture, it will damage both of your physical and mental health

Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only .
