Entirely WFH but no specific working hours. Can be stressful at time. Entire signing has been with me which is also causing some strain.

Excellent team but poor appraisal process. Difficult to get work=life balance. HIgher ups need to recognise employee need for support growth and empowerment.

Company compensation is good and appraisal are excellent. You get freedom to do whatever you want to until you are justifying the companies interest.

Dislikes

Just some people don't know how to collaborate with people, they are just interested in playing dirty politics to show Management how better are they from other people. Senior people get easily influenced by others and make their opinion about sincere peoples.
