I have worked in this company for more than 5 years, the only good thing about this company is they give salary on time and yearly appraisals If you work here for few years you can survive in any company in the industry. Bcuz their torture is at the next level

Most disgusting management, High level position Managers treat the employees like slav*s, worst office management and on that if the customer doesn't pay the emi you have to either fight with him and get the payment done or Put it from your pocket. Partiality from TL, skimming of money from down payment of customers around 20,000, jealousy, lack of helping hand from SFE to SFE, and giving false information about SFE to the sales of the dealer that happens only at Banalari Shillong.

Daily con call ,late night work ,no holiday ,reporting to sales , always ask for resignation in small mistake, senior are very dangerous the play with employees carriers.

Salary get credited on time. Moreover, the increment process is done by one's yearly performance.

No time for home, we have to have to work like cow. We come to office at 9:00 am and no time to return home. Abusing words by seniors. Even if we take leave we are being called and asked to do complete the task. Lots of uneducated/unskilled person getting a big sum of money.
