The work environment was good we were always motivated to do better everyday.we were given challenging tasks which gave us more room for growth.The salary was reasonable given the economic situation in the country.we would travel for sports and workshops this helped improve our teaching skills as we would copy from others and have the desire to do better.

Dislikes

The work pressure was very high it was difficult sometimes to finish marking books as each class had about 65 to 70 pupils abd i had to teach about 4 classes per day.i also had to walk a long distance to get to the school by foot for it was a rural school not close to any road network.

Work Details

It was quite challenging because of the number of classes i had to attend to everyday.Pressure would mount on me sometimes because i would have to mark close 200 books per day and return them to the pupils.
