There is nothing good about this company. They don't know how to operate. They are hiring people who have lost job in big companies and paying half salary and taking advantage of the situation. No role clarity. Engineers are asked to do drafting role by saying they don't have enough manholes and budget. HR team is a bunch of idiotswho are puppets for the team. They don't know why they hire and why they fire people. If asked, they will tell to all the manager. Sick office atmosphere and no culture. Everything to say the least. Useless HR and HR Director (filipino) Management is puppet for China team If your Cv gets approved from client, you are hero and can act like anything. Project managers are hopeless. Office politics. During internal covid cases, chinese team works from home. But other nationals work from office. Sick work culture.
