Coming to office on time in the morning but not leaving office on time. Salary is received on 10th or 15th of the second month. Every month 1000 or 2000 security money is deducted from the salary. And the company will return this security money after 3 years. There is a lot of politics inside the office And this politics is done by manager level people. Company rules & regulations - 1) An appointment letter will be given after 1.5-3 months from the joining date. 2) 5/10 Years of bond/contract which is mentioned in the appointment letter. 3) Experience letter will be given after the completion of 5 years, not before that. 4) Salary dates are 10-15 of every month. 5) No PF & ESIC deduction from the salary, but TDS is deducted every month. 6) No Salary slips (The company treated workers like - "MATHADI LABOUR"). 7) No HR & Accounts team in the office - done through outsourcing. 8) Work culture - "Totally Unprofessional & ridiculous". 9) High resignation rate due to stupid company policies & which is why 24/7 job availability in the company. 10) Notice period - 2/3 Months & Overtime - Not paid. 11) Increment & career growth is very very low. 12) Think 1000 times before joining the company....Read More
