Excellent infrastructure, very good work life balance, extremely good perks as in food and transportation

Dislikes

Currently company is in financial turmoil and likely to sack people because of the pressure from parent company. The people who built Chemizol is not with or associated now and one more appointed executive director also has resigned. None knows the future of the company. Currently management is happy to see people leaving the company on their own. Slightly delayed salaries but currently not sure when will the company close down. But I hope it picks up by God's grace....Read More

I was working at formulation R&D my role is to do the additive packages and finished oils and doing the performance bench tests as per the requirement once performance tests get finalized sending outside for other engine tests like SWRI,TOTAL,UAE etc....
