I worked at this company for approximately 3 to 4 months and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. 1. **Career Growth:** There is a significant lack of career growth opportunities. 2. **Salary:** Salaries are consistently paid late, typically around the 15th of each month. 3. **Management:** The management's behavior is unprofessional, and employees can be terminated without any prior notice or valid reason. 4. **Work Culture:** The company culture is poor, with no focus on employee well-being or development. 5. **P.F.
