There are some issues I want to adress. First of all the salary hike should be done for the subject of psychology. Secondly , expert should be notified if a question comes to the dashboard , for that an app should be built for the experts.

I think if a person works for chegg for very long time like more than 1 year he/ she should be fixed for some time and chegg has to pay some money as monthly basis,it increases security of a person and makes work culture more comfortable.

It depends on what subject you are selected for as an expert, because the salary varies accordingly. And most importantly , don't forget to grow by giving time to the exams that are prerequisite priority of your life. And give time to this job in a balances way only.

Different subject has different salary scales inspire both are giving equal amount of time. There is no one to keep eye on you on daily or weekly basis, as it is important to work consistently and with great productivity.
