Dislikes

Shody practises, policies. Bare minimum trainings are conducted. They outsource their workload to different e-learning companies and their projects change overnight - I was working as Q&A expert and then suddenly I was made QA reviewer with only 1 day notice. The academic credentials of their in-house QA experts are doubtful becausetheir judgements often contradict what traditional text books teach. They pay the bare minimum to their freelancers and force them to jump on different projects without even providing proper trainings....Read More
