Chegg India has introduced the platform 2.0 which is a glitchy platform. The most frequent error is Answer size is longer than expected error, but Chegg is doing nothing to solve the glitch. There is no limit for students to post questions, they post how many they want. But experts are ordered to do all the questions that are subparts. But for the "Answer longer than expected error" it is not possible to do all the problems, then students give downvotes, the reviewer gives bad reviews, but the error is not our fault. It is Chegg's fault. Students sometimes give dislikes even if the answer is fully understandable and done with all steps and Chegg rely on the students ratings. There is no one in Chegg to whom we can reach out directly, some managers are there but they barely talk and never tries to solve the problems. Chegg will tell to raise ticket but I doubt whether any human reviews the tickets. Because they send automated mails in the reply of the tickets. There are many more glitches like answer gets deleted while trying to add steps, or reduce the answer size, question gets skipped while answering etc. Also there are unequal distribution of questions. Some experts get very easy and many questions. Some experts don't get any questions at all. Whatever they get are very tough and not doable. Day by day working in Chegg has become difficult and the time is just wasted. The policies of Chegg for experts are not friendly at all. It is a disgusting company who never cares about expert's wellbeing....Read More

Chegg India is a very much dishonest company. They promise bonus for good QC scores. You can get a good QC score when a reviewer gives a good review. But in the months of bonus, Chegg either does not give a review or they give bad review so that they don't have to give any bonus. Now, Chegg has automated many things. The automated system gives red QC badge without any reason. If you raise a ticket addressing this issue, no one will check that and they will send an autogenerated reply. The Chegg managers and the expert advocacy team do not do any work at all. They never give a proper answer to your query. There is no one whom you can approach directly to solve your problems. They will always tell you to raise a ticket and will never give a satisfactory answer to that. The answer is also autogenerated. Also the Chegg platform has many glitches. There is " Answer is longer than expected error" most of the time. So, the experts can not solve all the questions student asks for. Then also the reviewers give bad review. The Chegg technical team seems doing nothing to solve the glitches. They are making everything autogenerated and does not even check whether the autogenerated system working fine or not. Chegg is not a reliable company. It gives headache only. The job is very much insecure, they can revoke accounts without any reason at any time. It is not worth working on Chegg. I will never recommend Chegg to anyone....Read More

Nowadays working with Chegg is not satisfactory at all. The new platform Chegg 2.0 is very bad. It is full of glitches and the company does not seem to be concerned to rectify those. After completing the answers when experts try to submit many errors occur and sometimes the answer can't be submitted. All the time is just wasted. 'Answer Size is longer than expected ' is the most common that is occurring from the beginning of the new platform. Still, they could not fix the error. They give bad quality reviews without proper reason. Even I've answered following all guidelines they told I've violated honor code. Without any reason Chegg is deleting questions and answers so that they don't need to pay for it. In the bonus time they give bad reviews mostly or don't rate at all so that they don't have to pay the bonus amount. You can't contact with them directly. Only way is to raise a ticket but they don't give any valid reply. All the managers in telegram groups do nothing, never answer any query or doubt. Why they exists at all? This new platform is really a headache, waste of time and energy. It takes too much time to answer a question now. They should increase the payment amount in the new platform. And the AI they use, I think it should be trained for more accuracy, it detects honor code violation on the questions and answers those are perfectly okay....Read More
